Pilgrim Theatre's original theatrical invention based on Franz Kafka's The Trial is an "extraordinary rendition" of Kafka's tale of domestic surveillance and undisclosed charges in a solo performance by Kermit Dunkelberg, directed by Kim Mancuso, with echoes of Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib, the Patriot Act and night flights. Theatre Art by Peter Shumann, Bread and Puppet Theatre.
